Clients from Ealing, Hanwell West London were told they could not have a hip to gable wall loft conversion with a bathroom due to the height in their loft unless they lowered the first floor ceilings to all bedrooms, bathroom and hall.
Charles Henderson Construction designed and built the loft that that gave them the extra room they needed for the kids.
All the work was carried out to building control standards.
